About Me

MaryB.
Hi, my name is Mary. I've been married for over 28 years to my husband and best friend. I'm the mother of 4 (all adults) and grandmother of 1 (18 year old) We are also owned by two cats, one a ginger tom (Garfield) of indeterminate age and Maxine (Maxi for short) our 4 year old Odd-eyed white queen and the inspiration for the name of this blog! She acquired us about 6 months ago! I have crafted since I was a child. My parents bought me my first sewing machine when I was 16 and I'm still using it to sew all my projects! I lost track of the quilts that old machine has turned out since 1994! Primitive folkart is my latest passion and has developed slowly over the last few years. I still make baby or lap quilts from time to time. I look forward to sharing my passion and my work with you. I offer ready made projects for all seasons. If you see anything you like please email me at : MaryKahle1968@yahoo.com . I look forward to hearing from you.
